Our office is a little different to mainstream real estate offices in that we are solely focused on perfecting the process of leasing and managing your investment property. We are solely property management and therefore not distracted by sales.  We pride ourselves on our detailed local knowledge, our creative and intelligent approach to marketing, and our service to our clients. We have a strong presence with our office in a prominent location on Sandy Bay Road. As the Director, I am aware of the importance that new technology now plays in marketing your property for maximum benefit. To this end, we are always enhancing our internet presence and have engaged the services of a graphic and marketing designer to ensure your property is presented and marketed at the highest level. 

We manage tenant selection, rental collection and maintenance of your property and conduct regular inspections to ensure that your property continues to achieve maximum return. Our property management team has over 40 years combined experience and I am confident that we can provide you with excellent service and first class management as we are a dedicated team that is committed to our success as property managers and to your success as a landlord.
