RENT PAYMENTS

When making ongoing rental payments, there are various options open to you.

• Key Property Management offer a third party company called RentPay who receives your rental payments on our behalf. This system provides you with a personal reference number, which ensures your rent is deposited securely. RentPay offer either Direct Debit or BPay.
• Direct Debit will incur a membership fee of $3.00 per month (billed monthly)
• BPay will incur a membership fee of $3.00 per month plus $0.88 per transaction (billed monthly). The BPay option also charges an additional 1.32% (inc. GST) surcharge on the total payment amount if you pay with a Debit Card or Credit Card. – If using BPay we recommend you use a nominated bank account.
• We also accept bank cheques, personal cheques, or money orders.
• Please note that we are a cash free office.
